Still have questions?

Every business is different. If your question is not answered above, our consultants can typically respond within one working day with a written answer that references the correct CIPC or SARS process, the required documents, and the applicable fee. We work with sole founders, growing SMEs and established groups across South Africa, including businesses with foreign directors and multi-shareholder structures.

The most common follow-up questions we receive relate to company name approvals, the documents needed for SARS Public Officer appointments, the correct treatment of dormant companies during tax filing season, and the practical steps for updating director or shareholder details. If any of these apply to you, feel free to reach out with a short summary of your situation and the outcome you need.
